Directors' Summit™ allows senior executives and Board members an unparalleled opportunity to enhance their understanding of the most important issues in corporate governance.

Now in its 10th year, Directors' Summit™ is an intensive two-day program developed to address current governance regulations and best practices with insight from leading governance experts. Directors' Summit™ brings together some of the foremost experts in governance to debate these cutting-edge corporate governance issues and, through this debate, provides leadership and creates change that will enhance director knowledge and improve the overall effectiveness of Boards.

Our speakers and panelists have all spent extensive time in the Boardroom, putting them in a unique position to share best practices. The participatory format affords the opportunity to learn from and interact with these experts in both formal and informal settings.

Directors’ Summit™ is designed for Board members and senior executive officers of both public and private companies.

All sessions and events will be held at the Fluno Center for Executive Education on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Designed exclusively as an executive education learning facility, the Fluno Center provides the ideal location for the Directors' Summit™.
