Custom Programs
- Exploratory meeting/strategic review
The first step in the partnering process is an exploratory meeting/strategic review to determine your business goals, learning objectives and desired outcomes. A preliminary proposal is prepared for your review and discussion.
- Program development
Faculty members with relevant experience conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to finalize goals and objectives. A preliminary curriculum is prepared for your review and discussion.
- Program delivery
The custom program is delivered once the curriculum enhancements and delivery options have been determined. Our faculty members teach in collaboration with company staff and industry experts. We conduct the program on site or at the state-of-the-art Fluno Center for Executive Education, a total-immersion learning environment.
- Follow up and ongoing review
We jointly measure the overall results, satisfaction and impact of the program. We also design transfer-of-knowledge exercises to be included in the program, as well as company-specific inter-session activities to apply knowledge learned between sessions, if requested. As an option, sophisticated post-program follow-up tools may be incorporated into program design.
