Bob Shaver

Bob Shaver, MBA, is program director for Fundamentals of Management in Executive Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business. In addition, Bob designs employee surveys and on-site custom programs. Prior to his academic appointment in 1990, Bob had more than 20 years of corporate and government work experience, including 10 years of first-line, middle, and executive management experience. Bob received his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has completed training in several adult education models, including Dynamic Accelerated Learning (DALS), Bob Pike’s Creative Training Techniques, outward-bound (experiential learning models), and the University Associates Instructors Skills program.

Dale Feinauer

Dale Feinauer has been a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh since 1983, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in both human resources and management. He has engaged in consulting in the areas of employee empowerment, team building, reengineering, compensation, training, planning, organizational culture, managing organizational change, performance appraisal, and human resource planning.  Dale received his Bachelors of Science, Masters of Labor and Human Resources, and Ph.D. in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.

Chris Hinrichs

Chris Hinrichs is an adult educator and consultant in human relations training and leadership. He helps managers learn team building, conflict resolution, creative problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills by leading hands-on outdoor experiences. Chris received his Masters degree in adult continuing education, with an emphasis in counseling psychology and organizational behavior, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A former course designer, trainer, and director for Outward Bound schools, he has served organizations such as CUNA Mutual Insurance, Pillsbury Corporation, First Bank System of Minneapolis, and Yale School of Management.

Lori L. Silverman

Lori Silverman is the owner of Partners for Progress®, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations think differently. Her highly energized and enthusiastic speaking approach and magical stories inspire her audiences to take action. Lori, a member of the National Speakers Association, has authored over 75 articles and workbooks on the topics of strategic planning, teamwork, self-managed teams, organizational transformation, achieving customer satisfaction, and how to influence others. Lori holds a B.S. degree in psychology and an M.S. degree in counseling and guidance, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has an MBA degree from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin.

The University of Wisconsin–Madison, as a member of the University Continuing Education Association (UCEA), authorizes this course for 2.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 20 hours.
